My mother Paulette has the best cakes in town. Yes, it's my BLOG and I can be biased! She really does! Never dry. Always melt in your mouth moist and available from plain to zany... Trust me. She can do it! BUT ALAS! She does catering for any function and custom baking too! Do you have your Holiday Cookies done yet?? I have started a BLOG for her as well because she needs a little showing off, and what a great way to see some of the recent creations and fun ideas that people come up with on their own!
