Seriously! Where have all these adorable kids been hiding! I'm glad they came to visit for the Spring MINI Sessions ~ which, is slightly a 'Tongue-in-Cheek' label considering we are in the midst of yet ANOTHER spring snow! Oh well... Looking forward to summer! Here's a sneak peek!

My Little Buddy

It's so hard to believe that my little nephew will be one year old on the 1st. Yep, he's an April Fool's Baby... He's grown so much! Here is a little sneak of his recent visit to 'Aunties' house in his Birthday outfit... He's having an Elmo party... CUTENESS!

What to do... What to do...

So you have a client with gorgeous kids and they know what they're looking for in terms of the 'where and what' in the ordering process... But what about all those cute pictures that are too adorable to leave on the computer (my nemesis) or worse! The mom won't buy those because they're not really 'wall material'... WELL! You have Amanda come up with a little design using all those darling pics and facial expressions that show the kids' personalities all wrapped up in a neat little package. AKA Canvas. Uhm yeah... Called a no brainer. I love them, my office is lined with them... Here's a little peek at what could be going on in YOUR house...
BTW: This is a 30 x 30" SQUARE canvas. The center stripe would go off the edges on the top and bottom... Totally customizable, totally sweet and totally realistic for the kid's room! LOVE IT!!!

It's been a while...

..since I've seen these cute little girls and now they have a new baby brother! Talk about the blond, curly haired, blue eyed cuties to melt your heart!

I had TWINS.

...not in the maternal sense, silly! But it's so fun to see how different their personalities are! Especially when you have a boy and a girl... They were every bit as cute as they appear and hopefully someday, we'll get their big sis in on the action too, but she was at school!!

Sugar & Spice...

...and extreme shyness.... I was worried about not getting ANYTHING out of the big sis, but think we did pretty well! These sisters were so adorable in their springy outfits... Too bad the weather didn't think the same for outside with a few inches of new snow!! What the heck? :)

SPRING MINI SESSIONS

...were great! I love seeing new faces and seeing all the kids! I could never run a daycare... Photography is close enough! Is that terrible? No, really....

Master Gardener

So I had the opportunity to take the Master Gardener Core Course, which conveniently enough, was held about 5 miles from my home in Perham. I had been wanting to attend for a few years now, but now it was obviously meant to be! I have lots going on in my life, but my love of everything green and being able to learn how to be MORE surrounded by nature is something too good to resist!

Someone may think that once you acquire the 'Master Gardener' title, that you are suddenly endowed with all the gardening, landscaping, pond building, bug identifying, tree planting knowledge out there. Sadly, my friends, that is not the case. We are simply extensions of the University of Minnesota here to help guide people to the right information. Of course, anyone willing to take the course usually has a deft ability to be green, grow green and loooooove the smell of the soil in the spring... It's a sickness, I know.

Never the less! I think this will be an amazing opportunity for myself and my family and to teach others how to live more harmoniously with nature. I can talk for hours about all my favorite plants and gardens and if you would like to trade perennials, let me know!!!

Little Baby Karleigh

This little pumpkin is the niece of a good friend of mine... So : 2 Birds and 1 stone??? Uhm, yeah! She is the most alert and attentive baby I think I've ever seen! Oh, for cuteness.... This is her 3 Month Session from the Baby Portrait Plan! I love watching these babies grow up! Speaking of, we're about to have another 'Graduate' in a couple months.... MMMMmmmm .... Easter Eggs....
