Friday ALREADY!!!

So this week went by tooo fast. I have really not much to show for it except for..... uhm.... the kids are clean and fed and in bed?!?! Ok, so that's not really outside my perimeter... Just thinking about spring and the smell of dirt and mud puddles and finding all the treasures that the hound has been finding all winter... Excited to see Lilly running around outside for the first time and watching Faith zoom up and down the drive way on her super cool new bike she got for her birthday... Excited for the hubby to be back to work after a winter of..... uhm... being home. (Farming is hard when the ground is frozen I'm told!) J/K.

Ok, so that's that. Soon the tulips will be blooming and the perennials will be sneaking out... Hopefully my new Tupperware doesn't make it outside to be used as potting tools and mud holding devices. Maybe then we can open all the windows and smell the cool night air and listen to the crickets chirping and a coyote in the distance... Aaahhhh yes, this is what a country girl dreams of..............

These kiddos are the best! They're so much fun and so energetic and to top it off... They're getting used to me enough where they make themselves right at home and ask, "Amanda... Where are the toys??" I love it! Anyway ~ here's a sneak peek from their session... Kind of a combo pack you could say as this was the baby's 9-10 month Session from the Baby Portrait Plan also... He's getting so big!! The next time I see him he'll be running laps around the place!And if you're wondering.... the middle child had his pics taken the last time he was over.... So it was Big Brother's turn this time... and the babe of course!

It's THAT time of year again! Valentine's!!!

Ok, so this probably isn't what I'm getting for Valentine's Day.... but nevertheless, I like to look at the pretty's!! Actually, I think I'd have a stroke if Dean bought me that!!!!

Just remember to tell YOUR Valentine that you love them! And even though I LOVE the bouquets... the bigger the better... I would be tickled pink if I got a fist full of stinky Dandelions from the front yard if I knew they were picked with love... :) Can you tell I'm a mom?!? Hugs!

Ok, so not EVERY session goes well.... But what do you do, huh? And this really wasn't a session, just another excuse to use my TUTU that I built as I had the perfect opportunity!! Anywho ~ it all turned out all right in the end, and NO I didn't force her to wear the dumb thing, it just looks like it could have been that way... :) I think it was more because her mom just walked out the door and yeah, well.... so it goes!
Seeee???? In the end... Everything turned out fine.... hehe!!

Simply Tutu For You You...

This is the infamous tutu that ME, MYSELF and I created... It's a pretty magnificent thing since I DO NOT HAVE PATIENCE to sew. Ask my mother. I think it comes from the time when I wanted to sew Barbie clothes at the age of 5. I can't imagine why THAT would be frustrating....

Anyway ~ I finally got Lilly to model for me and absolutely love this look. Call me if you need some pink injected into your life.... This tutu fit Lilly who is 16 mos and about 25 lbs... It should fit up to a 2-3T size... I'm thinking.. Give me a shout!
